The origins of Sweet Maddies can be traced back to a time when baking cakes and cookies was simply a leisure activity for us. Since then, we've been perfecting our recipes and delivering smiles in Frederick, Maryland and beyond. What started as a simple pastime has now transformed into a thriving bakery business.

During the pandemic shutdown, Sweet Maddies was able to fill an important need by shipping both cookie dough to bake at home and oven-fresh cookies to customers all around the country. We offer a wide variety of flavors, including classic favorites like chocolate chip plus other unique flavors like our best-selling, fan favorite, the Brown Butter Toffee Caramel with Smoked Sea Salt.

We believe that the best cookie is a fresh baked cookie. No microwave here all your need is an oven. From there we ventured into homemade cookies, and that was when our "Cookies on Demand" was born.

All our cookies are made using all-natural ingredients, and no preservatives or additives ever find their way into our products. As a testament to our commitment to quality, all the ingredients used in our baked goods are sourced from small, local companies when possible. We currently are a full online, licensed bakery working out of a commercial kitchen "The Cutting Board."
