Shipping policy

When ordering our frozen pre-formed cookies, we try our best to get your cookies shipped within 24 hours of payment. We ship out on Monday’s and Tuesday’s using UPS Next Day Air, or Ground Service for local shipping. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following day. Orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday’s will get shipped the following Monday.

 Cookies must be kept frozen after arriving. Frozen cookies will keep fresh up to 6 months.

If you are outside the Maryland/DC/VA area, We recommend using Next Day Air service. ***
